Core Pitch Measurement
Instrument

This PGCP-1201 is applicable to measure core pitch of FA(Fiber Array) of which core pitch are 127μm and 250 μm, of which fiber channel are 4~64.
Scanning distance along x-axis is 15mm max., measurable distance of core pitch is 8mm max. and measurement resolution is 0.05 μm.

The measuring distance along y-axis is ±50 μm and measurement resolution is 0.05 ? or 0.02μm.

The concept of PGCP-1201 is “ Smaller, simpler, lower cost and more free of maintenance”. This Instrument consists of 9 components
shown in Table 1. The Core Pitch data are obtained by analysis of FA’s core image at CCD Camera through Microscope Optics, and the core image is formed by incident
light from other end of fiber
